The more information we are given at the outset, the more precisely the properties will suit your requirements.

We work with multiple estate agencies throughout SW France who can provide us with the widest selection of properties possible - in turn we provide you with the best selection possible.

After a few days we will contact you to find out if our selection appealed to you and stay in touch until you are ready to view properties.

We do not make any charge to purchasers, we receive our payment from the agencies and developers.

Our clients pay the same (or less) for any property that they purchase as they would pay if they went directly to an agent or developer - that is our promise and our service includes our assistance throughout the purchase procedure.

Please note that some property descriptions are prepared by our French agencies and are not normally as detailed as typical English property details. We will happily request any further information you require when you are ready to plan your viewing visit.
